Terms of use
These terms are written in plain language so you know what you are agreeing to. They are not a substitute for formal counsel if you need it for your own business, and they are not meant to look like a Big Law template. Using MyRatings means you accept them.
The service
MyRatings provides a private ratings and preference experience on the web (and related clients we operate). Features may include guest sample ratings, an account-backed taste graph, recommendations, shopping capture, offers, and agent tools you explicitly use. We may change, pause, or retire features as the product evolves.
Guest use vs accounts
- Guest sample — free, no account. Demo ratings stay on your device until you choose to sign in.
- Account — required to save a durable taste graph, sync, and use signed-in product surfaces (offers, capture, agents, seller tools, etc.).
- Keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content and conduct
- You own the ratings and notes you create; you grant us a license to store and process them to run the service for you.
- Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, spam sellers or buyers, or submit illegal content.
- Do not reverse-engineer or resell the service in a way that violates these terms or applicable law.
Offers, payments, and third parties
Shopping offers, payment holds, and marketplace-like flows are optional and only run when you (or a seller you interact with) initiate them. Payment processors and other vendors process data under their own terms. We are not a bank. Any hold or charge follows the flow shown in-product for that offer.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our privacy policy. Ratings are private by default and are not sold as an advertising graph.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” Recommendations are decision support, not guarantees. We do not promise uninterrupted uptime or perfect matches. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages from using (or not being able to use) MyRatings.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the product changes. Material updates will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Questions: support@myratings.ai.
